Unitech is a limited liability company, the full name is Universal Technics. Both names are registered. It is in the market from 1993 and is the first private company in Azerbaijan in trading of consumer electronics and home appliances. Prior to 1998 was active under different other names.

During these 32 years of its activity, it gained the trust of a large part of buyers. The distinguishing features of the company are – an exact and very high competent service, where possible always low prices. In Unitech are well aware of that the client once deceived will be lost forever, so the company tries to sell the highest quality products, not to deceive customers about the country of production, product quality and warranty conditions.

Between 1999 and 2011 Unitech was the only distributor of BOSCH, the best-selling brand of Europe in home appliances, and made an enormous contribution to its popularization in the republic. Between years 2011-2018 continued as one of three distributors.

Unitech starting from 1998 was one of 6 official dealers of SONY in the country - the number 1 world manufacturer in electronics.

Between 1998 and 2016 Unitech was also the official exclusive distributor of FUJITSU named air conditioners manufactured by FUJITSU-GENERAL company, and from 2000 to 2014 Unitech represented in the country AEG and ZANUSSI brands belonging to ELECTROLUX group making them quiet recognizable in the market.

Strating from 2004 Unitech had been an exclusive distributor for the premium German brand MIELE but stopped it’s cooperation in February 2025 due to the violation by Miele of its exclusive rights in Azerbaijan territory.
Today Unitech doesn’t import electronics and home appliances and sells remainders.
